We make jewelry with original designs.

With our full custom-made order services, you can create jewelry from scratch or with your own loose gemstone according to your desired design.

Advantages of Full Custom-Made Orders:

• • You can create one-of-a-kind jewelry that cannot be found anywhere else.
• • You can make jewelry from scratch and create designs that would best suit your loose diamonds.
• • Great accommodation will be made even for the most complicated design.
• • You can use not only one but several of your own stones, including melee diamonds, to create your own jewelry.

Disadvantages of Full Custom-Made Orders:

• • It takes time to check the condition of your loose diamonds as well as to discuss the draft of the design, so if you want it immediately, we do not recommend this service.
• • Since we make the jewelry from scratch, the price may be higher than semi-custom order services.

R.T. DIAMONDS accepts orders not only with loose diamonds purchased from us, but also ones that are brought in from alternate sellers.
In addition, R.T. DIAMONDS offers trade-in and repair services for jewelry.

Important information regarding re-modeled and custom-made jewelry:

• • The utmost care is taken in the process of remodeling or customizing gemstones or jewelry brought in by customers; however, warranties for any damage on the gemstones or jewelry due to unforeseen circumstances, such as heat or force caused during the creation, will not be provided. Extensive attention to detail in checking the condition of the gemstones or jewelry is always taken prior to making any alterations or customizations.
• • Due to the fluctuating prices of bullion, quotations are only valid for one month.
• • Once contracts are signed, the remodeling process will begin for your jewelry based on the details discussed at the meeting as well as on the order sheets, drawings, and photos.
• • Please note that any changes to orders after contracts have been signed may result in additional charges.
• • Cancellations will not be accepted once contracts have been signed or orders have been delivered even if the remodeled jewelry appears different than originally imagined.
• • Cancellations due to customers’ convenience will result in full payments.
• • Re-processed orders upon request may result in additional fees.
