Delivery & Returns
We accept returns for refund or exchange on the following conditions only: 1) damaged on arrival, 2) stained on arrival, or 3) a wrong item delivered. In such cases, please contact us within 3 business days after receiving the item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.
In the event of a return or refund, the bank transfer fee and the shipping cost shall be reimbursed to you.

We do not accept any returns for reasons such as “It was not what I imagined,” “I ordered the wrong item,” or “I changed my mind.”
Please check the product promptly after the product arrives. If you return the product without contacting us, we cannot accept the return. When returning an item, please ensure that all items and accessories are in the same condition as when you received them. Regardless of the content of the contact, we will not be able to respond if we find traces of use.
