Cancellations for loose gemstones sold by R.T. DIAMONDS Co., Ltd. are not accepted unless there is a mistake with orders. If there is a problem, please refer to the terms and conditions on its website and contact us.
Orders for loose gemstones that are customized upon request cannot be cancelled.
For re-modeled and custom-made jewelry:
The utmost care is taken in the process of remodeling or customizing gemstones or jewelry brought in by customers; however, warranties for any damage on the gemstones or jewelry due to unforeseen circumstances, such as heat or force caused during the creation, will not be provided. Extensive attention to detail, such as checking the condition of the gemstones or jewelry, is always taken prior to making any alterations or customizations.
Due to the fluctuating prices of bullion, quotations are only valid for one month.
Once contracts are signed, the remodeling process will begin for your jewelry based on the details discussed at the meeting as well as on the order sheets, drawings, and photos.
Please note that any changes to orders after contracts have been signed may result in additional charges.
Cancellations will not be accepted once contracts have been signed or orders have been delivered even if the remodeled jewelry appears different than originally imagined. Cancellations due to customers’ convenience will result in full payments.
Re-processed orders upon request may result in additional fees.
